The CubiCasa 2.0 integration allows you to automatically create CubiCasa draft orders when clients purchase specific products from your shopping cart. By mapping your HDPhotoHub products to CubiCasa products, you'll save time and ensure the correct floor plan products are ordered every time.
Once configured, new qualifying orders will automatically generate draft orders in your CubiCasa account, ready for processing.
How to integrate with CubiCasa
For step-by-step instructions with screenshots, see the Step-by-Step section at the bottom of this article.
Step 1: Click the Business tab.
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab.
Step 3: Scroll to the CubiCasa 2.0 integration.
Step 4: Click "Enable."
Step 5: Enter your API Key.
Step 6: Enter your CubiCasa account email.
Step 7: Choose which assets to import.
Step 8: Click the Shopping Cart tab.
Step 9: Edit a shopping cart product.
Step 10: Click the CubiCasa Products tab.
Step 11: Select the CubiCasa products for draft creation.
Step 12: Click "Save Updates."
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Product Processing section and locate the CubiCasa 2.0 integration.
Step 4: Click the "Enable" button for the CubiCasa 2.0 integration.
Step 5: Enter your CubiCasa API Key.
Step 6: Enter the email address associated with your CubiCasa account. Note: If you have Team Members with their own CubiCasa accounts, you can click the "Check Team Member Accounts" button to verify their account information.
Step 7: Choose which CubiCasa assets you'd like to automatically import into the property's Site Media.
Step 8: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side. This is where you'll map your shopping cart products to CubiCasa products.
Step 9: Click the shopping cart product that should automatically create a CubiCasa draft order when purchased.
Step 10: Click the CubiCasa Products tab on the left-hand side.
Step 11: Select the CubiCasa products that should be included when creating the draft order. Note: You can also choose to automatically include CubiCasa add-ons in the draft order.
Step 12: Click the "Save Updates" button.
Once you've mapped your CubiCasa products to your shopping cart products, you're all set! All future qualifying orders will automatically create draft orders in your CubiCasa account using the CubiCasa 2.0 integration.
