With your Google Calendar integration, you can choose to sync appointments only. This option allows you to keep your HDPhotoHub Dashboard calendar and Google Calendar synchronized without giving clients the ability to schedule appointments online.
Any appointments created or updated in either HDPhotoHub or Google Calendar will automatically sync to the other calendar, ensuring that your schedule stays up to date no matter where changes are made.
How to set up Sync Appointments Only

Step 1: Click the Account tab.
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab.
Step 3: Select "Sync Appointments Only."
Step 4: Update the scheduling message, if needed.

Step 1: Click the Account tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Appointment Mode drop-down menu, select "Sync Appointments Only."

Step 4: If needed, you can customize the scheduling message that appears to clients when they are placing an order. By default, the message is "Please Call to Schedule."
