Mobile App Push Notifications are here! With the latest version of the app, you can now customize push notifications for your business. This feature allows you to automatically notify your clients about important updates, such as when their media is ready for download, when you’re running a special promotion, or when they have a balance due. Check out the steps below to learn how to use Mobile App Push Notifications!
How to use push notifications

Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Mobile App tab
Step 3: Click "Edit Push Notifications"
Step 4: Enable the desired Default Notifications
Step 5: Click "Create Push Notification" in the Custom Push Notifications section
Step 6: Enter a Notification Name
Step 7: Click "Add New Filter"
Step 8: Choose a filter option
Step 9: Click "OK"
Step 10: Set the filter parameters
Step 11: Click the "+" to add another filter, if needed
Step 12: Enter a Notification Message
Step 13: Click "Test" to check who will receive the notification
Step 14: Click "Save"
Step 15: Click "Send" when you are ready
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Mobile App tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: In the Mobile App Push Notifications section, click the "Edit Push Notifications" option.
Step 4: In the System Notifications section, enable any default notifications that you would like to send to your clients. When enabled, the Marketing Kit Ready and Media Ready push notifications will automatically be sent when you send the completion email. If enabled, the Appointment Reminder notification will be sent based on your Follow-Up Confirmation Email settings under Business > Default Settings.
Step 5: If you would like to create a custom push notification, click the "Create Push Notification" button in the Custom Push Notifications section.
Step 6: In the Notification Name field, enter a name for your custom push notification. Note: this name is not visible to your clients.
Step 7: If you would like to send this notification to a specific group of clients, click the "Add New Filter" button. Note: if no filters are applied, the notification will be sent to all clients who have your mobile app installed.
Step 8: Choose the filter option you would like to use. You can filter based on criteria such as total spend, last order date, and more.
Step 9: After selecting your filter option, click "OK."
Step 10: Set the parameters for your selected filter. Note: not all filters require parameters.
Step 11: If needed, click the "+" button to add additional filters.
Step 12: Enter the Notification Message that your clients will receive. You can use available tags to personalize the message.
Step 13: Click the "Test" button to preview which clients will receive the notification.
Step 14: Once you are satisfied, click the "Save" button to return to the main Push Notifications page.
Step 15: When you are ready to send the notification, click the "Send" button next to your notification. It will be sent immediately to the clients based on your selected filters.
