The Client Search tools make it easy to quickly locate and manage Clients within your account. Using the available search, filtering, and sorting options, you can quickly find specific Clients, view account details, monitor balances, and organize your Client list based on the information most important to your workflow.
How to use the client search

Step 1: Go to the Clients page
Step 2: Enter search criteria
Step 3: Filter by Status, if needed
Step 4: Choose Sort By option
Step 5: Click client to view Client Summary
Searching for a Client
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click on the Clients tab in the navigation on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 2: In the Search bar, enter in search criteria to search your client list. This could be their name, email, group, etc.
Step 3: If you need to, you can filter by the Client's Account Status to further filter your search results.
Step 4: In the Sort By drop-down, choose your option for sorting your search results. Note: the default is by Client Name.
Step 5: You can now view your Client's details at-a-glance before clicking into their Client Summary page. The following are available in the Client Search results at-a-glance view:
Client Name
Displays the Client’s name and profile image associated with the account.
Account Type
Shows the type of account the Client has, such as a standard Client account or a Group Admin account.
Group
Displays the Group/Brokerage the Client is associated with, if applicable.
Deliveries
Shows the total number of deliveries associated with the Client, whether Basic Delivery or Full Delivery w/ the Marketing Kit.
Price Tier
Displays the price tier currently assigned to the Client, if applicable.
Due
Shows the Client’s current outstanding balance due on their account.
Credit
Displays any available account credit the Client currently has.
Actions Menu
The menu on the far right provides additional management options and actions for the Client account. It will allow you to access their Client Summary, their Sites, or their Ledger.
Step 5: Click a client from the search results to view the Client Summary.
