If you are thinking about making changes to your product offerings, or simply want to see which products your clients order the most or least, you can use the Product Performance Report. This report allows you to see which products are ordered most frequently and which ones generate the most revenue.
How to access your product performance report
For step-by-step instructions with screenshots, see the Step-by-Step section at the bottom of this article.
Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Reports tab
Step 3: Click Product Performance
Step 4: Choose how to display your report: Highest Revenue or Largest Number
Step 5: Choose "Product Shot By"
Step 6: Select your date range
Step 7: Click "Update"
Step 8: Download the .CSV file, if needed
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Reports tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Revenue Reports section, click "Product Performance."
Step 4: In the "Show" drop-down menu, select how you would like your report displayed; either by the Highest Revenue brought in or the Largest Number of products ordered.
Step 5: In the "Product Shot By" drop-down menu, select a team member for products shot by them or select anyone to display all.
Step 6: Select a date range to display.
Step 7: Click the "Update" button to refresh your report. You will now see all of the information within your selected criteria.
Step 8: If needed, you can download this into a .csv file by clicking the "Download .CSV File" button.
