When a client forgets their password, you can easily reset it from their Client Profile. Once the password is reset, the client will receive an email with instructions to create a new password and regain access to their account. This is helpful if a client is locked out, cannot remember their login information, or is having trouble accessing invoices, downloads, or their dashboard.
How to send a password reset email to a client

Step 1: Go to the Clients tab
Step 2: Select the client
Step 3: Open the Client Account Summary page
Step 4: Click Send Password Reset Email

Go to the Clients Tab
Navigate to the Clients tab in your system's dashboard. -
Select the Client
Locate and click on the name of the client whose password you need to reset. -
Open the Client Account Summary Page
Once you’ve selected the client, their account summary page will open. -
Send the Password Reset Email
Under the client’s email address, click the "Send Password Email" button.
The client will receive an email with instructions to reset their password.
