With HDPhotoHub, you can create a Listings Page that showcases your client's property websites in one convenient location. A Listings Page can display active listings, sold listings, or both, making it a great marketing tool for your clients.
There is no additional cost to create a Listings Page, making it an excellent value-added service you can offer.
How to create a listings page

Step 1: Access the client's account.
Step 2: Click the Account tab.
Step 3: Click the Listing Pages tab.
Step 4: Click "Create a New Listings Page."
Step 5: Choose the Listings Page type.
Step 6: Update the URL, if desired.
Step 7: Click "Customize."
Step 8: Update the design settings.
Step 9: Configure the property site settings.
Step 10: Click "OK."
Step 11: Change the page status to "Active."
Step-by-step
Step 1: Access the client's account by clicking the Clients tab at the top of the page, searching for the client, clicking their name, and then clicking the "Access Account" button.
Step 2: Once you're logged in as the client, click the Account tab at the top of the page.
Step 3: Click the Listing Pages tab on the left-hand side.
Step 4: Click the "Create a New Listings Page" button. Note: You can offer Listings Pages as an additional service, but clients also have the ability to create and manage their own Listings Pages.
Step 5: Choose the type of Listings Page you'd like to create by clicking the pencil icon.
The available options include:
- Embed: Displays only the property listings and is designed to be embedded into an existing website.
- Page: Creates a standalone webpage with its own header and footer.
- Enhanced: Includes additional customization options such as a media player and expanded branding features.
Step 6: If you'd like to customize the page URL, click the pencil icon next to the current URL and enter your preferred URL.
Step 7: Click the "Customize" button to edit the page settings.
Step 8: In the Config section, customize the page's appearance by selecting fonts, colors, and a social share image that matches your client's branding.
Step 9: In the Property Sites section, choose which properties will be displayed and how they will appear on the Listings Page.
Step 10: Click "OK" to save your changes. Note: You can return and update the Listings Page at any time.
Step 11: Change the page status to "Active" to make the Listings Page publicly accessible. Note: You can also use the Listings Page as your client's inventory link on their property websites.
