When your client uploads an account photo, it may not always display properly on their property sites or Marketing Kit materials. This can happen if they upload a full-body shot or a team photo where someone gets cropped out. You can use facial recognition to ensure the correct area of the image is displayed.

Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Clients tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Search for the client that you need to modify the account photo for.
Step 3: Click on the client’s name to go to their Client Summary.
Step 4: Click the Client Detail tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 5: Below their account photo, click the "Facial Recognition" button.
Step 6: Click the "Add Face" button. This will generate a transparent box on the account photo.
Step 7: Drag and position the box over their face, getting it as close as possible. This ensures the photo displays correctly across marketing materials. Note: If it’s a team photo, you can add facial recognition for each person. If multiple faces are added, the system will average them to determine the center. You can remove an incorrect box by right-clicking on it.
Step 8: Click the "Save Face(s)" button to save the facial recognition.
Step 9: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Updates." The client’s photo will now display properly on property sites and Marketing Kit materials.
