Creating a Package allows you to bundle your services together and even offer them at a discounted price. Packages make it easier to showcase your services, increase your average order value, and provide added value to your clients.
If you haven't started offering packages yet, this is a great opportunity to simplify the ordering process and encourage clients to purchase more of your services.
How to create a package

Step 1: Click the Business tab.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab.
Step 3: Create a product category.
Step 4: Click "Create a New Package."
Step 5: Enter the package details.
Step 6: Choose whether to display the included products.
Step 7: Click the Package Products tab.
Step 8: Open the product drop-down menu.
Step 9: Select a product.
Step 10: Click "Add to Package."
Step 11: Enter a name override, if desired.
Step 12: Review the package pricing.
Step 13: Click "Save Updates."
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: If you haven't already, create a Product Category for your package. Note: For detailed instructions on creating a Product Category, see our guide on creating product categories.
Step 4: At the bottom of the Product Category, click the "Create a New Package" button.
Step 5: On the Package Details tab, enter the package name, description, price, and square footage range, if applicable.
Step 6: By default, the list of included products is displayed on both your shopping cart and your client's invoice. If you'd rather hide this list and instead describe the included services in the package description, select "Hide the list of included products" from the Display Package Products drop-down menu.
Step 7: Click the Package Products tab on the left-hand side.
Step 8: Click the product drop-down menu to view your available products. Note: The list includes all active, inactive, and hidden products in your shopping cart.
Step 9: Select the product you want to include in the package.
Step 10: Click the "Add to Package" button.
Step 11: If desired, enter a Name Override for the package product. Note: The Name Override is what your client will see on both the shopping cart and their invoice.
Step 12: Review the package pricing summary.
The Package Products Total displays what the products would cost if purchased individually. The Package Price is the price you've set for the package, and the Discount shows the amount your client saves by purchasing the package.
Note: If the package includes a discount, the regular price will be displayed on your shopping cart so clients can easily see their savings.
Step 13: Click "Save Updates" to save your new package. Your package will now appear in your shopping cart. Note: Packages are identified on the Shopping Cart page with a gift icon. Products that are included in one or more packages display a puzzle piece icon. Hover over the puzzle piece to see which packages include that product.
