The Maximum Appointments feature helps reduce gaps between bookings so you and your photographers aren’t stuck waiting between shoots. When enabled, the system will prioritize scheduling appointments back-to-back to keep your day as full and efficient as possible.

Step 2: Click the App Integration tab
Step 3: Click the Client Scheduling Rules drop-down
Step 4: Select "Maximum Appointments"
Step 5: View the schedule on a test order
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Account tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click on the App Integration tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Google Calendar integration settings, click the drop-down menu for Client Scheduling Rules.
Step 4: Select "Maximum Appointments" to enable the maximum appointments feature. Note: you must be using a Google calendar enhanced shopping cart in order to use the Maximum Appointments feature.
Step 5: Once Maximum Appointments is enabled, we will hide certain appointment times that are near a directly adjacent appointment time. This will cause clients to select an appointment time that is directly next to another appointment, or leave enough space that another appointment may be done between them. This is best for photographers who typically book full days.
