When preparing for a photoshoot, it can be helpful to collect additional information about the property before you arrive. For example, you may want to know if the property is on a lockbox, whether there are pets on-site, or if you will be meeting the agent or homeowner.
HDPhotoHub allows you to create custom Project Detail Questions that are presented to your clients during the ordering process, helping you gather the information you need before the appointment.
How to add project detail questions

Step 1: Click the Business tab.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab.
Step 3: Click "Create Your First Project Detail Question."
Step 4: Enter your Question to Ask.
Step 5: Choose the Type of Answer: Yes/No, Text, or List.
Step 6: Choose whether the question is Optional or Required.
Step 7: Choose whether to ask the question every time or only for certain products.
Step 8: If asking the question only for certain products, select the products that should trigger the question.
Step 9: Click "Save Updates."

Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Project Detail Questions section and click the "Create Your First Project Detail Question" button.
Step 4: Enter the question you would like your clients to answer.
Step 5: Choose the Type of Answer.
- Yes/No provides simple Yes and No options.
- Text allows clients to type a custom response.
- List allows you to create a list of predefined options for clients to choose from.
Step 6: Choose the Answer Requirement.
- Optional allows clients to continue without answering the question.
- Required requires clients to answer the question before placing their order
Step 7: Choose whether the question should be asked on every order or only when certain products are selected.
Step 8: If you chose to ask the question only for certain products, select the applicable products in the Products That Trigger This Question section.
Step 9: Click "Save Updates" to save your new Project Detail Question.
