Promo codes are a great way to offer special discounts to your clients. Whether you're running a seasonal promotion, rewarding loyal clients, or offering a one-time discount, Promo Codes make it easy to customize your offers.
You can choose when a promo code is available, how many times it can be used, and which products the discount applies to.
How to create a promo code

Step 1: Click the Business tab.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab.
Step 3: Click "Create Your First Promo Code."
Step 4: Enter the promo code details.
Step 5: Set a start and end date, if desired.
Step 6: Set usage limits, if desired.
Step 7: Choose the discount type.
Step 8: Enter the discount amount.
Step 9: Select the products the promo code applies to.
Step 10: Select the "For App Use Only" checkbox, if desired.
Step 11: Click "Save Updates."
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll to the Promo Codes section and click the "Create Your First Promo Code" button.
Step 4: Enter a Display Name, which will appear on client orders and invoices. Then enter the promo code that clients will enter during checkout.
Step 5: If desired, enter a start date and end date for the promo code. Note: Setting a future start date allows you to schedule a promotion in advance. Setting an end date will automatically disable the promo code after the promotion ends.
Step 6: If desired, set the maximum number of times the promo code can be used per client and the maximum total number of uses for the promo code.
Step 7: From the Promo Type drop-down menu, choose whether the discount will be a fixed dollar amount or a percentage.
Step 8: Enter the discount value.
If you selected a dollar amount, enter the value in the Amount Off field.
If you selected a percentage, enter the percentage and, if desired, specify a maximum discount amount.
Step 9: From the Apply To drop-down menu, choose whether the discount applies to All Products or Selected Products Below. If you choose Selected Products Below, select the products that should be eligible for the discount.
Step 10: Select the "For App Use Only" checkbox. Note: This setting restricts the promo code so it can only be redeemed through your mobile app.
Step 11: Click the "Save Updates" button to create your promo code. Note: Clients who attempt to use an App Only promo code on a desktop computer or in a mobile web browser will receive an "Invalid Promo Code" message. The promo code will only work when redeemed through your mobile app.
