By default, clients are not required to log in to access your shopping cart and place an order. You can change that to ensure that your clients set up an account and see any special pricing that may apply.
How to require clients to login

Step 1: Click the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab
Step 3: Click the "Config" button
Step 4: Select "Yes" on the Require Client Login drop-down
Step 5: Edit the login page message
Step 6: Click "OK" to save changes
Step 7: Clients will now be required to log in
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Click the "Config" button for your shopping cart.
Step 4: In the Force Login section, click the drop-down menu next to Require Client Login and select "Yes."
Step 5: You can edit the message that will appear on the login page by clicking in the Message box and making changes.
Step 6: Click the "OK" button to save your changes.
Step 7: Clients will now need to log in to view your shopping cart and place an order.
