Filters are a great way to ensure your clients see only the products that are relevant to their needs. If you have multiple shopping carts, you can choose which filters appear on each one, allowing you to customize the ordering experience for different types of clients. Note: If you haven't already created filters for your shopping cart, see our guide on creating shopping cart filters first.
How to choose filters for each shopping cart
For step-by-step instructions with screenshots, see the Step-by-Step section at the bottom of this article.
Step 1: Click the Business tab.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab.
Step 3: Click "Config."
Step 4: Scroll to the Filter section.
Step 5: Select or deselect filters.
Step 6: Click "OK."
Step 7: Repeat for additional shopping carts.
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: At the top of the page, locate the shopping cart you want to edit and click its "Config" button.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Filter section. Note: If you haven't already created shopping cart filters, see our guide on creating shopping cart filters.
Step 5: By default, new filters are selected to appear on all shopping carts. To hide a filter from this shopping cart, uncheck the corresponding box. To display a filter on this shopping cart, check the box next to the filter.
Step 6: Click the "OK" button to save your changes.
Step 7: If you have additional shopping carts, repeat Steps 3 through 6 for each one to customize which filters are displayed.
