Whether you have multiple team members or just one, you may find that you want to hide the team member selection on your shopping cart. Doing so allows the system to automatically choose who receives the order, which can help keep your team members busy while also showing more availability to your clients.
How to disable team member selection

Step 1: Click the Business tab.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab.
Step 3: Click the "Config" button.
Step 4: Scroll to the Team Members section.
Step 5: Click the Team Member Selection drop-down menu.
Step 6: Choose "Don't Show Team Members / Auto-Choose."
Step 7: Click "OK."
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Click the "Config" button for your shopping cart.
Step 4: In the Adjust Design Settings pop-up window, scroll down to the Team Members section.
Step 5: Click the drop-down menu for Team Member Selection.
Step 6: Choose "Don't Show Team Members / Auto-Choose." This will hide the team member selection area on your shopping cart and automatically assign the order to one of your team members. Note: If your client has a preferred team member, the order will be assigned to them first, if possible.
Step 7: Click the "OK" button to save your changes. You can now visit your shopping cart and see that the team member selection area is no longer visible.
