When it comes to site completion email and text notifications, you may want to delay sending them to your client. Whether you are working late or prefer all notifications to go out at the same time, you have the option to schedule when they are sent.
You can choose a date and time within 48 hours, and the system will automatically send the site completion email and text message at that selected time.
How to schedule delivery emails

Step 1: Click the Site Delivery tab
Step 2: Click "Preview & Send Site Completion Email"
Step 3: Click the "Send later" checkbox
Step 4: Choose the date and time from the drop-down
Step 5: Click "Schedule Send"
Step-by-step
Step 1: Once you have marked the order as complete, click the Site Delivery tab on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Click the "Preview & Send Delivery" email button.
Step 3: Make any changes that you need to the completion email. Then, click the checkbox next to "Send later."
Step 4: To the right of "send on," click the drop-down menu and select the date and time that you would like the email to be sent.
Step 5: Click the "Schedule Send" button and your email and text message will be sent at that scheduled time.
