You and your client can add detailed property information to each property website. The more information that is included, the more valuable the property site becomes for potential buyers. Property details such as the description, features, amenities, and listing information help showcase everything the home has to offer.
How to edit property information

Step 1: Go to the Site Summary page.
Step 2: Click the Site Data tab.
Step 3: Enter the listing information.
Step 4: Enter the property description.
Step 5: Enter the property features.
Step 6: Enter the noteworthy amenities.
Step 7: Verify the map location.
Step 8: Choose the site attribution, if desired.
Step 9: Click "Save Changes."
Step-by-step
Step 1: From the Sites tab at the top of the page, click the property you'd like to edit. This will open the Site Summary page.
Step 2: Click the Site Data tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: In the Listing Info section, enter the MLS number, listing price, and a Special Marking for the property, if desired.
Step 4: In the Property Description section, enter a description of the home. You can also add keywords to help improve search engine optimization (SEO).
Step 5: In the Property Features section, enter information such as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, lot size, and other property details. Note: By default, School Website and Local Demographics Website links are included for potential buyers. You can replace these links with your own, if desired.
Step 6: In the Noteworthy Amenities section, enter any amenities or highlights of the property. These items will appear on the property website in the order they are entered.
Step 7: If necessary, move the map pin to the correct property location. Note: The property address becomes locked after 30 days. If the address needs to be corrected after that time, please contact HDPhotoHub Support and we'll be happy to assist.
Step 8: If desired, select a different Site Attribution to display on the property website. For example, you may choose to display a photographer's name instead of your business name.
Step 9: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Changes" button.
