Whether a listing has switched agents or a property site was created in the wrong client account, you can move a property site to another client in a few simple steps.
How to move a property site to another client

Step 1: Go to the Site Summary
Step 2: Cancel any unpaid photography orders
Step 3: Click the arrow and silhouette button by the client name
Step 4: Choose the new Primary Client
Step 5: Click "OK"
Step 6: Scroll down and place the new order
Step-by-step
Step 1: From the Sites tab at the top of the page, click on the property that you need to move to another client. This will take you to the Site Summary page.
Step 2: If there are any unpaid photography orders, you will need to cancel those before moving the property site to another client. Note: if the order has any payments on it, you will need to completely cancel the order and place a new order in the correct account.
Step 3: In the street address header, click the button next to the client’s name with the arrow pointing to a silhouette.
Step 4: In the Primary Client drop-down menu, select or type in the new primary client name.
Step 5: Click the "OK" button to move the site to the new primary client.
Step 6: Once the property site has been moved, scroll to the bottom of the Site Summary page. In the Order Additional Products/Services section, click the order button to be taken to the order form and place a new photography order for the updated client.
