Morning Text Messages help you and your team members start each day prepared. You can choose the time you'd like to receive the text, and HDPhotoHub will automatically send a daily summary of your schedule.
Each message includes:
- The number of photoshoots you have scheduled that day
- The start time of your first appointment
- A link to your Mobile Daily Schedule with all of your appointment details
How to enable morning text message

Step 1: Click the Account tab.
Step 2: Select a Morning Text Message time.
Step 3: Choose the desired send time.
Step 4: Click "Save Updates."
Step 5: Receive your Morning Text Message.
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Account tab at the top of the page. Note: This setting is configured separately for each account. If multiple team members would like to receive Morning Text Messages, each person will need to enable the feature from their own account.
Step 2: Scroll down to the "Morning Text Message" drop-down menu and click it to view the available send times. Note:Before enabling this feature, make sure "Receive Text Messages" is checked and a valid phone number has been entered on the account.
Step 3: Select the time you'd like to receive your Morning Text Message. Note: The available times are based on your brand's time zone. If your team members are located in different time zones, they should choose a send time that best fits their local schedule.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Updates" button.
Step 5: Beginning the following day, you'll receive your Morning Text Message at the selected time. The message includes a link to your Mobile Daily Schedule, where you can view all of your appointment details for the day.
