When using the Google Calendar integration, it's important to allow enough travel time between appointments. If you work in an area where ferries or toll roads can impact travel times, you can configure your account to avoid those routes whenever possible.
Follow the steps below to avoid ferries and toll roads during scheduling.
How to avoid tolls and ferries

Step 1: Click the Account tab.
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab.
Step 3: Scroll to the Google Calendar integration.
Step 4: Select the desired options in the Avoid section.

Step 1: Click the Account tab at the top of the page. Note: Each team member who wants to avoid ferries and/or toll roads will need to configure this setting in their own account.
Step 2: Click the App Integration tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Google Calendar integration in the Scheduling section.
Step 4: In the Avoid (if possible) section at the bottom of the Google Calendar integration, check the box for Ferries and/or Toll Roads to have HDPhotoHub avoid those routes whenever possible when calculating travel times.
