Verified Email Requirements
Your Verified Email allows HDPhotoHub to send emails to your clients using your email address, creating a more professional and personalized experience.
Due to policy changes introduced by Gmail and Yahoo, Gmail and Yahoo email addresses can no longer be used as your Verified Email. If you verify a Gmail or Yahoo email address, emails sent from HDPhotoHub on your behalf will not be delivered.
Why did this change?
On February 1, 2024, Gmail and Yahoo implemented new email authentication requirements that prevent third-party services from sending email on behalf of personal Gmail and Yahoo addresses unless strict authentication requirements are met.

Recommended Solution
We recommend using a business email address that matches your website domain (for example, you@yourbusiness.com).
Using a domain-based email address allows you to configure the required DNS authentication records (such as SPF and DKIM), enabling HDPhotoHub to securely send emails to your clients using your business email address.
If you don't already have a business email address associated with your domain, your domain provider likely offers this service. The following help articles can walk you through setting one up:
