The Mobile Daily Schedule gives you a mobile-friendly view of your entire day's appointments in one place. From this page, you can quickly view drive times, get directions, access agent contact information, review order notes, send preformatted text messages, and even mark products as complete.
It's the perfect way to keep your schedule and appointment details at your fingertips while you're on the go.
How to access the mobile daily schedule

Step 1: Log in on a mobile device.
Step 2: Open the menu.
Step 3: Click "Daily Schedule."
Step 4: Navigate to the desired day.
Step 5: Open directions.
Step 6: View Order Notes.
Step 7: Send an Arrived or Leaving text.
Step 8: Mark a product as complete.
Step 9: View the rest of your schedule.

Step-by-step:
Step 1: Log in to your HDPhotoHub account using a mobile device. Note: You must be using the mobile version of your browser, not the desktop version.
Step 2: Tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Step 3: Tap "Daily Schedule."
Step 4: By default, today's schedule will be displayed. Use the navigation arrows to move forward or backward to another day, if needed.
Step 5: Tap "View in Maps" to open your device's default navigation app and receive directions to the property.
Step 6: Tap "Order Notes" to view any notes associated with the order. You can also add additional notes from this screen, if needed.
Step 7: Tap "Text: Arrived" or "Text: Leaving" to open your device's default messaging app with a preformatted text message ready to send to your client.
Step 8: Swipe right on a product to mark it as "Done."
Step 9: Scroll down to view the rest of your appointments for the day.
