Whether you want your Team Members to simply adjust the boundaries of their existing Service Areas or give them full control to create, delete, and manage Service Areas, HDPhotoHub gives you the flexibility to choose.
Follow the steps below to enable Service Area editing for your Team Members.
How to enable service area editing for team members
For step-by-step instructions with screenshots, see the Step-by-Step section at the bottom of this article.
Step 1: Click the Business tab.
Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab.
Step 3: Scroll to the Team Member Settings section.
Step 4: Enable "Service Area Basics."
Step 5: Enable "Service Area Admin," if desired.
Step 6: Click "Save Changes."
Step 7: Update Team Member permissions, if needed.
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Default Settings tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Team Member Settings section.
Step 4: To allow Team Members to modify the boundaries of their existing Service Areas, check the "Enable Service Area Basics" checkbox.
Step 5: If you'd like Team Members to create and delete Service Areas, as well as edit their Travel Fees, check the "Enable Service Area Admin" checkbox. Note: "Enable Service Area Basics" must also be enabled for Service Area Admin access to function properly.
Step 6: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Save Changes" button. Your Team Members will now be able to manage their Service Areas by navigating to Account > Service Areas.
Step 7: If you'd like to enable or disable these permissions for individual Team Members, you can do so by updating each Team Member's Permissions.
