If you've ever been delivering property sites or Marketing Kits and found yourself running out of credits, setting up auto-charge can help prevent interruptions. When your credit balance gets low, HDPhotoHub can automatically purchase additional credits so you can continue working without delay.
This feature is especially useful for larger teams where administrators are delivering sites or purchasing Marketing Kits. Instead of waiting for someone to manually purchase more credits, the system automatically replenishes your balance, saving time and keeping your workflow moving.
How to set up auto-charge for credits

Step 1: Click the Business tab.
Step 2: Click the Billing tab.
Step 3: Configure an auto-refill amount.
Step 4: Click "Save Changes."
Step-by-step
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Billing tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Set your desired auto-refill amount.
Step 4: Click the Credits Low – Action Point drop-down menu.
Step 5: Choose the credit balance at which you would like HDPhotoHub to automatically purchase more credits. Note: Purchasing credits in larger quantities may qualify you for a discounted price.
Step 6: Click the "Save Changes" button.
Step 7: To use auto-charge, you must have a payment method on file.
Step 8: Click the "Add a Credit/Debit Card" button.
Step 9: Enter your credit card information exactly as it appears on the card.
Step 10: Click the "OK" button to save your payment method. Your account will now automatically purchase credits whenever your balance reaches the level you selected.
