When the Marketing Kit is purchased, your clients gain access to the Social Media Flyer Tiles. From "Just Listed" to "Sold," there is sure to be a Social Media Flyer Tile to suit your needs! These social tiles can be customized and downloaded for use when posting on social media platforms. Your clients will find that these eye-catching images are sure to help their properties get seen and sold.
With the newest update to the Social Media Tiles, you and your client can now choose which social tile will be displayed when a property website link is shared on social media. By setting a default share image for a social tile, you can control which tile is shown any time the link is shared.
How to create a social media flyer tile

Step 1: Go to the Site Summary
Step 2: Click the Marketing Kit tab
Step 3: Scroll down to Social Media Flyer Tiles
Step 4: Choose a tile and click "Edit"
Step 5: Make changes, if needed
Step 6: Click "Save Updates"
Step 7: Click "Download"
Step 8: Click "Set as Default Share Image" to display this social tile when sharing to social media.
Step-by-Step
Step 1: From the Sites tab at the top of the page, click the property that you would like to access the social tiles for. This will take you to the Site Summary page.
Step 2: Click the Marketing Kit tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Social Media Flyer Tiles section.
Step 4: Choose the social tile that best fits your needs; Just Listed, This Won’t Last Long, New Listing, Open House, Sold, Get Creative, Facebook, or Pinterest. Click the "Edit" button for your desired tile. Note: the Facebook and Pinterest social tiles are optimized for use on those specific platforms, however, you can still use any of the other tiles that you would like on either of those platforms.
Step 5: Depending on the social tile that you have selected, you can make changes to most of the Social Media Tile details to fully customize it for you and your client. These include the headline, address, photo, fonts, colors, and agent information.
Step 6: Once you have made your changes, click the "Save Updates" button.
Step 7: Then, click the "Download" button for that social tile to save it to your device. From there, you can share it on your various social media platforms.
Step 8: Click on Set as Default Share Image. From now on when the site is shared on social media this is the image that will be displayed.
