The 30 Day Marketing Kit Upgrade Email is a powerful way to automatically follow up with your Clients after a property has been delivered - encouraging them to upgrade to the Marketing Kit.
This email is only sent when a property has not already been upgraded and when your “Delivery to Marketing Kit Upgrade” product is set to Active in your Shopping Cart. By enabling this feature, you can increase awareness of your Marketing Kit, generate additional revenue, and ensure your Clients have everything they need to effectively market their listings - all without any extra manual effort.

Enabling the 30 Day Marketing Kit Upgrade Email
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Go to the Business tab
Step 2: Click the Shopping Cart tab
Step 3: Scroll down to the System Product Categories section
Step 4: Click on the Delivery Site to Marketing Kit Upgrade product
Step 5: If you haven't already, enter the price you would like to charge your clients and switch the Status to Active
Step 6: Click the checkbox for 'Enable 30-Day Marketing Kit Upgrade Email'
Step 6: Click Save Updates
