How to create a flyer
For step-by-step instructions with screenshots, see the Step-by-Step section at the bottom of this article.
Step 1: Go to the Site Summary page.
Step 2: Click the Print Materials tab.
Step 3: Click "Add a Flyer."
Step 4: Select a flyer template.
Step 5: Choose the photos.
Step 6: Update the flyer information, if needed.
Step 7: Click "Save Updates."
Step 8: Click "PDF" to download the flyer.
Step 9: Click "Print" to print the flyer.
Step-by-step
Step 1: From the Sites tab at the top of the page, click the property for which you'd like to create a flyer. This will open the Site Summary page.
Step 2: Click the Print Materials tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Click the "Add a Flyer" button.
Step 4: Select the flyer template you'd like to use. Note: You can create multiple flyers for the same property.
Step 5: Choose the photos you'd like to display by selecting them from the drop-down menus on the right-hand side. Note: If you've starred images on the Site Media page, those images will automatically populate the primary photo locations on the flyer.
Step 6: Make any desired changes to the flyer details.
Step 7: Click the "Save & Close" button to save your flyer.
Step 8: Once the flyer has been created, it will appear on the Print Materials page. Click the "PDF" button to download a PDF copy of the flyer.
Step 9: To print the flyer directly, click the "Print" button. Note: A Site and Marketing Kit must be purchased for the property before flyers can be printed.
