Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click the Business tab at the top of the page.
Step 2: Click the Custom Designs tab on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 3: In the Custom Flyer Designs section, click the "New Flyer" button for the type of flyer you'd like to create. Note: You can also create a custom flyer by starting with one of HDPhotoHub's existing flyer templates instead of creating one from scratch.
Step 4: At the top of the editor, enter a Meld Name for your custom flyer. This is the name your clients will see when selecting a flyer template.
Step 5: From the Co-Listing drop-down menu, choose how co-list agents should be handled on the flyer.
- Not Offered - The co-list agent will never appear.
- Optional - Clients can choose whether to display the co-list agent.
- Required - The co-list agent will always appear on the flyer.
Step 6: If you'd like this flyer template to be available only to a specific Group, begin typing the Group's name in the Group field and select it from the results. Note: This is especially useful for creating brokerage-specific flyer templates with custom branding.
Step 7: If the flyer should only be available to a specific client, enter the client's name in the Client field and select them from the search results.
Step 8: From the Add an Item menu on the left, click "Photo" to add an image placeholder. Clients will be able to drag and drop photos from the property into these boxes. Resize and position each photo box as desired. Note: You can assign a Media Type to each photo box so it automatically populates with specific media, such as the client's headshot.
Step 9: Add a Heading text box. You can customize the font, font size, color, alignment, and resize or reposition the heading as needed.
Step 10: Add Text boxes for items such as the property description, amenities, or client information. Like headings, text boxes can be resized and customized with different fonts, colors, and formatting.
Step 11: Add Shapes to your flyer to highlight information or enhance the design. You can adjust the color and size of each shape. Note: The Realtor® and Equal Housing logos are available as shape options.
Step 12: Once your flyer is complete, change the Status to "Active." Note: Your flyer template will not be available for use until you click "Save & Close."
Step 13: Click the "Save & Close" button to return to the Custom Designs page. Note: You can click "Save" at any time while editing to save your progress without closing the editor.
