When rescheduling an order, knowing your team members’ real-time availability is crucial. Your days of jumping between the Dashboard, Google Calendar, and other tools are over. You can now reschedule directly from the Site Summary page without needing to track down availability.
How to reschedule with real time availability

Step 1: Go to the Site Summary
Step 2: Click the calendar icon
Step 3: Choose a new appointment date and time
Step 4: Click "Save Changes"
Step-by-step
Step 1: For the appointment that you need to reschedule, go to the Site Summary page.
Step 2: Under the Appt/Due Date section, near the scheduled Date/Time, you will see a calendar icon. Click that icon to be taken to the Reschedule page.
Step 3: Choose the new appointment Date/Time that you would like to reschedule this appointment to. Note: if you would like to view availability for all team members during rescheduling, we recommend enabling Rescheduling with All Team Members. This will allow you to reassign and reschedule at the same time.
Step 4: Scroll down and click "Save Changes" to update the appointment.
