The Saved Views feature on the Order Management page includes a variety of filters that allow you to customize exactly which orders are displayed. From order status and appointment dates to Team Members, these filters make it easier to organize and manage your workflow. This article provides an overview of each available filter option and explains how they can be used when creating custom Saved Views.
Filter Options Explained
Each filter option allows you to really dial in the view so that your team sees what is important to them. Here is an explanation of each filter option that is available.
Appointment Date
The Appointment Date filter allows you to display orders based on the scheduled appointment date. This can be helpful for viewing upcoming appointments, past appointments, or orders scheduled within a specific date range.
Delivery Status
The Delivery Status filter allows you to display orders based on their current delivery stage, such as undelivered or delivered. This can help you quickly identify which orders still need attention and which have already been given to your Client.
Order Creation Date
The Order Creation Date filter allows you to display orders based on when the order was originally placed. This can be useful for reviewing new orders, tracking order volume during a specific timeframe, or locating older orders created within a selected date range.
Order Status
The Order Status filter allows you to display orders based on their current status, such as Incomplete or Complete. This makes it easier to focus on specific groups of orders and better manage your day-to-day workflow.
Assigned To
The Assigned To filter allows you to display orders based on the Team Member assigned to the order. This can be helpful for viewing workloads, tracking assignments, or quickly locating orders assigned to a specific photographer or team member.
Products and Tasks
The Products and Tasks filter allows you to display orders based on specific products or tasks included within the order. This can help you quickly find orders that require certain deliverables, workflows, or assigned tasks.
Tags
The Tags filter allows you to display orders that contain specific tags. These can be Order, Product, Client, Team Member, Promo, or Price Tier Tags. Tags can be used to organize and categorize orders based on your workflow, making it easier to quickly locate and manage groups of related orders.
Display
The Display filter allows you to customize which information is shown within the Order results for a Saved View. This helps you tailor the page to display only the details most relevant to your workflow, such as appointment dates, payment status, assigned team members, tags, notes, and more.
Groups
The Groups filter allows you to display orders associated with a specific Group/Brokerage. This can be helpful for businesses managing multiple brokerages or teams, making it easier to view and organize orders for a particular group.
Sort By
The Sort By filter allows you to control the order in which results are displayed within a Saved View. This can help you organize orders based on information such as appointment date, order creation date, delivery status, assigned team member, and more, making it easier to prioritize and manage your workflow.
Media Status
The Media Status filter allows you to display orders based on whether specific media types have been uploaded or are still missing from the order. This can help you quickly identify orders that are complete, missing deliverables, or still waiting on certain types of media such as images, videos, floorplans, Matterport tours, and more.
Important Notes
- If you save a view, it is only visible in your account. Other Team Members cannot see your saved views.
- Saved Views can be rearranged.
- When changing the filters in a Saved view, the Order results will update in real-time, however, the filter option change will not save for future use unless you click the 'Save' button.
