The Team Schedule Day View provides a day-by-day overview of scheduled shoots and Team Member availability, making it easier to manage workloads, coordinate schedules, and stay organized throughout the day. This view gives you a quick snapshot of shoots and scheduling details for your team in a single, easy-to-read layout.
How to use the day view

Step 1: Go to the Team Schedule page
Step 2: Click 'Day' view
Step 3: Hover an appointment to view details
Step 4: Click date to choose a different day
Step 5: Click 'Today' to go back to current day schedule
Using the Team Schedule Day View
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click on the Team Schedule tab in the navigation on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 2: At the top of the page, click the 'Day' view option (if not already there). This will show you the schedule for your Team Members for the current day.
Step 3: To view additional details on a scheduled shoot, hover over the appointment on the schedule. This will give you additional details about the shoot.
Step 4: If you need to jump to a different date, click the date at the top of the page. This will give you a calendar to select the date that you need to see. You can also use the left/right arrows to move through dates.
Step 5: Once you're done viewing that date, you can click the 'Today' button to jump back to today's date.
