Creating a Saved Filter
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click on the Order Management tab in the navigation on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 2: In the 'Saved Filters' section, click the 'Add New' button.
Step 3: Enter in a Filter Name that is clear to you on what filter options are set up for that Filter. For example, 'Unscheduled'.
Step 4: Now you can configure your filters for this saved Filter. In this example, we are going to create a saved filter for orders that are currently unscheduled. This will allow you to see orders that are still outstanding that need to be scheduled. For this, we will set the following:
- Appointment Date > Unscheduled
- Delivery Status > Not Delivered
- Order Status > Incomplete
Note: additional filters can be applied, if needed. For an explanation of all filter options, click here.
Step 5: Click the 'Save' button to save your new Filter.
Step 6: Click the three dots on your saved Filter to rearrange your Filters, if needed. This will launch the 'Arrange Filters' drawer where you can drag/drop the order of your saved filters. When you are done arranging, click 'Save'.
Note: Saved Filters are on a per-account basis. Filters that you save for your account will not be available in your Team Member's accounts.
