The Team Schedule allows you to easily edit existing Time Off entries whenever availability changes. Whether you need to adjust the date, update the time off type, modify the scheduled hours, or remove the time off entirely, editing Time Off helps keep your Team Member availability accurate and up to date.
How to edit time off

Step 1: Go to the Team Schedule page
Step 2: Click the Time Off
Step 3: Change date, if needed
Step 4: Change Time Off Type, if needed
Step 5: Adjust Time Off hours, if needed
Step 6: Choose 'Delete', if needed
Step 7: Click 'Update'
Editing Time Off on the Team Schedule
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click on the Team Schedule tab in the navigation on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 2: Click on the scheduled Time Off to launch the Edit Time Off window. This will allow you to modify that Team Member's scheduled time off.
Step 3: When editing the time off, you can change the date for the scheduled time off, if needed. Note: if you selected multiple Team Members when inputting the time off, you will have to change each Team Member's time off when editing.
Step 4: In the Time Off Type section, choose the new time off type (if needed). For example, if the original Time Off Type was a Partial Day Off but the Team Member now needs to take the full day off - you can change the Time Off Type to Full Day Off.
Step 5: In the Time Off Type section, you can adjust the hours for a Partial Day Off. Click the drop-downs for the start time and end time to adjust the length of the time off.
Step 6: If your Team Member no longer needs time off, you can delete the Time Off entirely. In the Time Off Type section, choose the 'Delete' option.
Step 7: Once you have made the needed adjustments, click the 'Update' button to save your changes. Note: if deleting the Time Off, you will click the 'Delete' button.
