The Team Schedule Time Off feature allows you to quickly manage Team Member availability directly from the Team Schedule page. You can schedule full-day, partial-day, or twilight-only time off for one or multiple Team Members, helping ensure your scheduling availability stays accurate and up to date. This article will walk you through how to add and manage time off within the Team Schedule.
How to schedule time off

Step 1: Go to the Team Schedule page
Step 2: Click 'Time Off'
Step 3: Select the Team Member(s)
Step 4: Choose the date
Step 5: Select the Time Off Type
Step 6: If partial day, input time range
Step 7: Toggle 'Include Twilight', if needed
Step 8: Click 'Schedule'
Scheduling Time Off on the Team Schedule
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click on the Team Schedule tab in the navigation on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 2: At the top of the page, click the 'Time Off' button. This is where you will input the time off for your Team Members.
Step 3: In the Select Team Members section, check the Team Members that you need to input time off for. Note: you can select multiple Team Members at once if you are inputting time off for a company event or holiday.
Step 4: In the Schedule Time Off section, choose the date that you need to input the time off for.
Step 5: In the Time Off Type section, choose the type of time off this Team Member needs. When scheduling Time Off for a Team Member, you can choose from several different Time Off Types depending on the availability you would like to block.
Full Day Off
Prevents the Team Member from being scheduled for the entire day.
Partial Day Off
Prevents the Team Member from being scheduled during specific hours of the day while still allowing availability outside of the selected time range.
Twilight Off
Prevents the Team Member from being scheduled for Twilight appointments only, while still allowing standard daytime appointments to be scheduled.
Include Twilight Toggle:
When enabled, Twilight appointments will also be blocked for that day. If disabled, the Team Member may still appear available for Twilight appointments depending on their scheduling settings.
Step 6: If selecting Partial Day Off, choose the start time and end time for the hours the Team Member will be unavailable. Note: the Team Member will be available for appointments immediately following their time off block. It is recommended to add a buffer at the end of the time block to give them time to get to the appointment.
Step 7: Toggle on 'Include Twilight' if the Team Member also needed to be unavailable for a Twilight shoot that day.
Step 8: Click the 'Schedule' button to save the Time Off to the calendar.
