Saved Views on the Order Management page allow you to quickly save and return to custom filter and sorting setups that fit your workflow. Whether you regularly review unpaid orders, upcoming appointments, completed deliveries, or orders assigned to specific Team Members, Saved Views help you access that information faster without needing to reconfigure your filters each time. This article will walk you through how to create, save, and manage your own custom views.
How to create a saved view

Step 1: Go to the Order Management page
Step 2: Click 'Add New'
Step 3: Enter in View Name
Step 4: Set filter options
Step 5: Click 'Save'
Step 6: Arrange views, if needed
Creating a Saved View
Step-by-step:
Step 1: Click on the Order Management tab in the navigation on the left-hand side of the page.
Step 2: In the 'Saved Views' section, click the 'Add New' button.
Step 3: Enter in a View Name that is clear to you on what filter options are set up for that view. For example, 'Unscheduled'.
Step 4: Now you can configure your filters for this saved view. In this example, we are going to create a saved view for orders that are currently unscheduled. This will allow you to see orders that are still outstanding that need to be scheduled. For this, we will set the following:
- Appointment Date > Unscheduled
- Delivery Status > Not Delivered
- Order Status > Incomplete

Step 5: Click the 'Save' button to save your new view.
Step 6: Click the three dots on your saved view to rearrange your views, if needed. This will launch the 'Arrange Views' drawer where you can drag/drop the order of your saved views. When you are done arranging, click 'Save'.
Note: Saved Views are on a per-account basis. Views that you save for your account will not be available in your Team Member's accounts.
